InLine provides structural engineering for retail store fronts. We have projects located in shopping malls, strip malls and in stand-alone buildings. Our solutions work with the existing structure as well as the proposed architectural constraints. The store front is critical to a retail business and the integration of the structure with other features is important to our clients.
Shopping malls have specific requirements for both attachment and separation of tenant improvements. The challenge is to work within the mall’s requirements to provide a design that utilizes common building materials that can be assembled in the field. We commonly utilize metal stud framing to solve structural problems. Often times multiple studs can be assembled together to eliminate the need for structural steel sections.
Stand-alone buildings are unique and each solution must be developed based on the existing conditions. InLine has extensive experience with tenant improvements on all types of buildings.
Our clients for tenant improvement projects include store owners, interior designers, architects, property managers and contractors. InLine is known for meeting the design schedule and respond quickly to requests for information (RFI) during the construction phase.
