Office Remodels

InLine provides structural engineering for office remodels.  We have developed solutions in high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise buildings.  High-rise and mid-rise remodels commonly utilize metal stud framing.  File rooms and libraries often exceed the load capacity of the existing floor system and can require expensive floor upgrades.  Sometimes alternate solutions are available that will allow for heavier loads without significant upgrades.  On several projects, we have been able to relocate file rooms and libraries to minimize or eliminate upgrades to the existing floor system.

Remodels in low-rise buildings may utilize either metal or wood framing.  In some cases it is beneficial to use both materials.

Our clients for tenant improvement projects include business owners, interior designers, architects, property managers and contractors.  InLine is known for meeting the design schedule and respond quickly to requests for information (RFI) during the construction phase.
